История

«Азовская Кабельная Компания» (ранее — завод «Азовкабель») успешно работает с 2000 года, специализируется в области разработки, исследования и производства широкой номенклатуры современных кабельных изделий, которые применяются на судах надводного и подводного флота, буровых платформах, в системах энергообеспечения, на транспорте, метрополитене, и в других отраслях промышленности.

Изделия

Современные технологии, созданные специалистами «АКК» при поддержке НИИ кабельной промышленности (ОАО «УкрНИИКП»), обеспечили производство всех марок судовых и судовых герметизированных кабелей в рези новом и пластмассовом исполнении, морских, грузонесущих, взрывозащищенных, пожаростойких, водолазных, для подвижного состава, АЭС, метрополитена, машиностроения, портовых кранов. В том числе с индексом «НГ», «LS», «HF», «FRHF».

Система качества

На предприятии внедрена система менеджмента качества, сертифицированная на соответствие ИСО 9001-2008 Российским Морским Регистром Судоходства.

Также имеется решение ГП НАЭК «ЭНЕРГОАТОМ» об утверждении «Азовской Кабельной Компании» в качестве корпоративного изготовителя и поставщика кабельно-проводниковой продукции для АЭС.

География поставок

Завод находится на пересечении автомобильных, железнодорожных, морских путей. География поставок продукции «АКК» — это судостроительные верфи России, Украины и стран СНГ, Китая, Индии, Вьетнама, а также АЭС Украины, России и Ирана, метрополитены, металлургические и машиностроительные предприятия, порты России и стран СНГ.

Для оптимизации продаж кабельной продукции на рынках России было создано представительство «Азовский Кабель», находящееся в Москве.

«Азовская Кабельная Компания» сейчас — это: производство и комплексная поставка полной гаммы сов ременных судовых кабелей для надводных и подводных объектов, а также промышленных объектов с повышенными требованиями к пожарной безопасности и эксплуатации (в том числе по техзаданию заказчика).

History of the Company

«Azov Cable Company» (earlier it was subdivision of «Azovkabel» plant) has been successfully functioning since 2000. «ACC» specializes in the field of working out, research and production of wide range of newest cables and wires, which are used at the surface ships and submarines, drilling platforms, in power-supply systems, at transport, metro, and in other brunches of industry.

Production

State-of-the-art technologies developed by the specialists of the Company under the support of Research Institute of cable industry (Open Joint-Stock Company «UkrNIIKP»), have provided production of all types of ship and ship pressurized cables in rubber and plastic version, marine, carrying cables, explosion-proof, fire-proof, diving cables, cables and wires for rolling-stock, nuclear power stations, metro, engineering industry, dock cranes, including with «LS», «HF», «FRHF» indexes and in incombustible construction.

Quality System

Quality Management System functioning at the enterprise is worked out and certified in compliance with ISO 9001-2008 requirements by Russian Maritime Register of Shipping.

Company also has the decision of NAEC «ENERGOATOM» about the approval of «Azov Cable Company» as a corporate producer and supplier of cables and wires for atomic power stations.

Geography of Supplies

Plant is situated at crossing of motor roads, railway lines and shipping routs.

Geography of supplies of cables and wires produced by «Azov Cable Company» is shipyards of Russia, Ukraine and other countries of CIS, China, India and Vietnam, atomic power plants of Ukraine, Russia and Iran, metro, metallurgical and machine works, ports of Russia and other countries of CIS. For optimization of sales in the markets of Russia representation office «Azov Cable» was established in Moscow.

Now «Azov Cable Company» it is: production and complex supply of full range of state-of-the art ship cables for the surface and underwater objects, and also for the industrial objects with the exacting requirements for the fire safety and exploitation (including production of the cables by the performance specification of the customer).
